Park City Anniversary PT 2

More continued pictures from our anniversary weekend. We met Maddi in Salt Lake for dinner before heading to the condo

Watching them do the ski jumping was so cool

Park City Anniversary Weekend

Family anniversary's are my favorite and this year was no exception. We headed to Park City and rented a condo with a pool. The kids couldn't wait to get in the pool. We we're sure they weather would cooperate but we took our chances and had the pool to ourselves.

The next day we headed to the Olympic park and did all the activities there. Some of the activities took some real bravery on the kids part but they tried it all.

We timed it just right and our activity window closed just as the weather came in. We headed into town and had lunch while it poured outside. Then we headed back to the condo and got some more swimming in once the rain cleared. It was such a fun weekend. I love this family we've created

Liam's Fight with Cancer-3.5 years in Remission and being Discharged from Follow UP

This was Liam's last visit with the Oncology team. At this point they have followed Liam 18 months longer than usual because of our Dr moving and getting a new one. He has never looked back and has just become stronger and bigger every year. But yet it still makes me nervous to move past the clinic visits. I get sick to my stomach every time we go and can't wait to be done but there is also a feeling of safety that comes with the follow up. From here we will go to Survivorship clinic which I thought sounded really amazing until I realized its about looking for side effects and issues that the chemo caused and less about checking for recurrence. Im so grateful we're here and he is doing so well. This little buddy of mine is a miracle inside and out. Full of the light of life. Can't wait to see where he goes in life and what he chooses to do. He handles these visits like a champ and can't wait to go to Lakeshore and pick his prize.
