This year we tried something for fall break that we have never done....we rented a motorhome! The kids were super stoked to be able to sit on a couch or bed while driving Im pretty sure that was what they were most excited about. Once Matt picked it up we got it cleaned and all packed for our adventure to Colorado.
The overhang above the driver and passenger was by far the most fought over space
The first night we stayed in Vernal at a KOA and the next morning we made a full breakfast in our trailer
Of coarse if you're in Vernal you need to check out the dinosaurs
They had a really cool exhibit built around a mountain that they had excavated and found several dinosaur bones. Its so hard to fathom them roaming the same earth we live on now.
My dad has a mini dinosaur from Vernal from when he was a kid so we stopped to get our own so many years later but now the dino is pink. He used to be orange.
Then we headed over the pass to get to Colorado. Much to our surprise almost to the top we started to get snowed on. We weren't sure how the motorhome would do but it was just fine.
