Window day finally came which put us one step closer to being dried in. Kerry and Perry came to help. Matt had rented a lift to make it safer and faster to put all of the upper windows in. We started with all of the upper windows in case we didn't get them all finished before the equipment needed to be back. I had never realized how many windows are in this house until we had to put each one of them in.
At one point the lift got stuck in front of the garage because of the rain we had received overnight. It took hooking up Kerry's truck to pull it out. It slowed the progress briefly and made some pretty deep tracks in the yard
The kids have been so good through this whole build. And I know I have mentioned it before but living so close has been a game changer. They were so happy to just play in the backyard in the dirt while we worked all day.
All the windows went in in about a day and a half. We couldn't quite get them all in in one day but we were happy with the progress and super thankful for the help.
