Graduation Celebration + One

The graduation celebration is one of the things we really look forward too. We had lined up a babysitter and when we went to leave Em had a huge melt down and wouldn't calm down. She had been running an off and on fever but no other symptoms so we took her with us. It was a little bit of a buzz kill to the date night but it was still so fun.
Matt as always did such a good job with conducting and handing out the hard hats
As the night wore on our 3rd wheel got tired but she loved getting to bring flowers home with us.
In the end I should have stayed home with her as she ended up with hand, foot, and mouth. I hope no one else got it from us being there. I love the relationships that we have gained from Matt's time at Weber.

Visiting the Horses

One of the huge things about moving to Huntsville was to move somewhere that was more like the country. The girls and their love for horses was a huge part of that. There are several horses within a short distance. We need to make friends with some of these people with horses so we can take the girls riding. We even took some carrots for them to eat

Emy's Early Birthday

Since we were going to be in San Diego for Em's birthday we gave her a couple of her big presents before and some after. This was by far the one Matt and I were most excited to give her and I don't think her reaction could have been any better. A blow up wet/dry climbing wall and slide. How did our baby turn 3?!!?!?!?

Grandma & Papa catch Soccer

Grandma and Papa came up for a funeral and made time to come watch Hallie play soccer for a couple quarters. Hallie loves when she has more fans so that was cool

Munch & Mingle

Now that we have seen the baby and know that its real. I have been keeping my eyes open for anything boy that I think is cute. Its harder than you might think
Munch and Mingle has been going really well. This month Ashlee hosted. We have a larger group each times it seems but usually new people as well. I have started texting people individually and that seems to be helping with the turn out. Hopeful we can keep going and make everyone feel welcome.

Spring Soccer

Hallie seems to have really found her thing in soccer. She is number 3. She is a fast and aggressive player. We really look forward to watching her as she grows. As far as the spring season is concerned it has been very wet. We have been doing our best to stay dry

Gracie and Em have even been practicing a little on the side lines

Easter Decoration

Hallie made this at activity days . It came home with just grass seed. She had to water it twice a day and then it turned into this. It was a great center piece for our Easter dinner

Spring Break Day 5

Treehouse was a hit over spring break...unfortunately it was a hit for all of Ogden so we went to do the plays several times before calling it a day and doing lunch instead. The kids had a great time acting out the plays and playing together

We love all our time we spend with Nic and the kids just wish it happened more

Baby #4

When we got back from our busy weekend doing the Parrish's kitchen I really didn't notice that I was late for my period until Thursday when I should have started on Tuesday. I had been feeling pretty sad the previous month that we had been trying since September and nothing had happened. The previous month I had seen this suggestion to take mucinex day 7-10 of your cycle and try having sex every other day from 7-14 days. Although it didn't happen that frequently it appears at this point something worked. I called my Dr office and they suggested I waited and couple days and take another test since it changed so quickly but they set me up an appt anyways. I go in on April 25th
Test #2--3 days later. It changed in 35 seconds. I've never had a test change as quickly as they have this time around.
I started feeling sick the day of my 2nd test April 6th. With my others I don't think I got sick until 8 weeks so I brushed it off but it has gotten worse each subsequent day along with ore symptoms appearing all the time. My sense of smell is terrible and by terrible I mean super keen. I feel sick almost 24 hours a day. Food tastes amazing or like garbage..lol  I finally called and asked for medication since it has started keeping me awake at night. My u.c has also presented some issues as well. I crave things but can't eat them with my uc active its been pretty terrible. Im hopeful with my diligence in diet I can get it back in remission and finally be able to sucome to some of the cravings. Im excited to go and finally see this little friend growing inside of me so it can seem more real. I have had some PTSD with my previous miscarriage and its the same time of year but Matt has given me a couple blessings and have helped me feel at peace. I do feel like this one is a little boy but now Im wondering if Im wrong...only time will tell I guess. While in Vegas during Addy's baby blessing Matt felt like there was a little boy there that was ours so Im excited to find out. Our due date should be around Dec 11th-13th. Which also fits in with the dream I had a couple years ago about sitting around the christmas tree rocking a new baby at night. I also feel like this baby will round out our family and I love the feeling of completeness. More to come

Spring Break Day 4

Although it may seem simple but one of the girls favorite places is IFA to see the baby chicks. It makes it pretty convenient to get the yard and garden stuff.

Another favorite is roasting smores. I have adjusted my thoughts and we have been roasting smores before its dark but once it cools down.

We only wish our dad could be around for all the fun but unfortunately he is out of town for most of the week

Spring Break Day 2

The girls have been asking about Classic Fun Center alot but its a good half day to get there, back, and to have some fun so when school is out that gives us a chance to do things like that. We invited Teann and the kids to join us. All of the girls did great with skating and loved using the little walker thing.

I look forward to doing more things like this once summer comes

Happy Easter

Even though we got home late the Easter Bunny still found us. The girls...especially Em was so excited about the candy.

They were all super excited about the paddle boards and each of their individual gifts. Hallie got a Diary of a Wimpy Kid book she has been waiting for, Gracie got an a-z mystery book and her long awaited for purse, and Em got a book of puzzles.

Last minute everyone bailed on us for dinner. Everyone was either to tired or sick. I was bummed because we had cooked everything but it left us lots of leftovers and we stayed in our pjs all day. The dessert was our favorite
