Disney Day 4

Our last days at the park was a very very wet one. Luckily we came prepared. Someone had suggested buying a shower curtain to cover the double stroller if needed and I tell ya if we hadn't had it we probably would have just headed back to the hotel. It poured and everything that wasn't covered was soaked pretty quickly. We headed to the inside activities while Matt got fats passes. Even though it was raining there were still several people there
Disney Jr inside for the win

The lines were slightly shorter so we used our fast passes and rode Toy Story several times in side out of the rain.

Matt took the two older girls to ride Tower of Terror and we went to meet the Wreck it Ralph crew

The day started very wet and made the day definitely more complicated and difficult to enjoy but with a couple breaks to the infant care center to warm up and the diminished crowds since they shut down most of the ride when it rains it worked out. Late in the afternoon the rain went away and the sun came out and ended pretty good. I think we rode the Ariel ride the most. The line was non existent, it was inside, the girls loved it, and Matt and I could ride together with Em and Liam so we got to just visit. The girls were at a great age. Since Gracie was 7 and Hallie 9 the girls could ride rides with each other while Matt and I rotated on the rides Liam couldn't ride to ride with Em. Next time we go we'll be sure to go after Em's 7th birthday so she'll have the freedom to ride with Hallie and Grace as well. I have mixed emotions about whether I would suggest taking a newborn to Disney. If you weren't breastfeeding it would have simplified the process a ton but Im glad we came and were able to spend the time together.
That morning we went to catch the shuttle and he never showed come to find out he left early and never even stopped. While sitting in the lobby the shuttle once again left us. The hotel staff felt terrible and called him to come back and get us. When we came back that evening we had some fun surprised waiting for us. Gift baskets with a super cool card and balloons for the girls

I felt very bittersweet that our trip was coming to an end. I loved the family time but we were all so exhausted I was ready to go home and just do nothing. The kids all slept well and we got up the next morning with no where to go. We had a nice relaxing breakfast and packed. We headed to a nearby store and let the girls pick out a treat for the trip home and a souvenir before heading to the airport. Im so grateful for the time and means to do things like this. I love my family

Disney Day 3

It was a little cooler our 3rd morning so we put Liam's Mickey hat on him and it looked so cute. We have gotten in a routine where he takes a bottle in the shuttle, we burp him in line, and then he gets bundled and sleeps for a bit in the car seat while we ride some rides. I think there are for sure pros and cons of taking a newborn but I still think it might be easier than taking a mobile toddler.
Thank heavens Matt takes pictures and doesn't expect me to take all of them. This is on Thunder Mountain
While Matt rode with the girls Emy, Liam, and I headed to check in for our Breakfast with Minnie. We love doing the breakfast it gives us a food break from the park and we get to meet several characters without waiting in line. Very much worth the money.

Tigger was the first character to come around and if you look closely in the corner of the picture Emy looked terrified and was trying to hid. Luckily she quickly warmed up

We got to see several of the characters more than once...which was awesome

Matt loves the Buzzlightyear ride. They had some delays and he maxed out the score

While I fed Liam Matt took the girls to the Royal Hall to meet the princesses

I love their matching shirts and I love that they love matching. Where Belle is Gaston isn't far behind
The first ride on the carosel was pretty eventful. We all went to go pick what we were going to ride and Gracie tripped and fell. She crashed hard and blooded her face in a couple places. There was a lot of blood so she, Liam, and I went to go fix her up while Matt and the other 2 girls rode.

Look at these monkeys
Matt and the older girls were going to stay and I was going to take the younger 2 back for naps but it proved to be to much with everyones behavior so we headed back for naps. This is our pitiful attempt at a picture at the front of the park...at the end of the day. Emy wouldn't even get out of the stroller. Everyone whined about the sun in their eyes. They were tired. I told Matt to forget about it
Emy was the only one who fell asleep on the bus this time.
Mattt took Hallie swimming while everyone else napped. Liam was so fussy so I walked the halls with him so the other 2 could sleep before we headed back to the park.

This carrier was a life saver. This is the first time he's ever faced forward...there was lots to see

They had nightly dance parties at Disney with lights and music. It is one of my favorite memories from the entire trip.
