Summer Happenings...As Of Late & Parade of Homes

Liam has figured out how to open the cupboard and get out what he wants to eat. I should probably only stock healthy stuff in there now that he can do that but his favorite right now is to get the cereal out and eat it dry.

We have gone to the park a couple times in the afternoon when it cools down a little. Not having a yard this summer and with limited places to go it has been nice to get out without a bunch of people around.

Gracie got invited to her friend Arta's birthday party. It was a pool party and Gracie had a blast. I hope she continues to make good friends and to have a good time

We weren't sure if the Parade of Homes would actually happen. It is something we look forward to every year and lucky for us they still had it with a few modifications. It is fun to walk thru and get ideas and see the new styles. The kids did really well and we had a good time.

Nate has been coming to visit us to give him something to do on the weekends. We have enjoyed having him around and he is working on educating us about all things car maintenance inside and out.
