It was this girl special day today! After a great lunch we hurried over to the church after Matt and I realized that neither one of us had thought to fill out the blessing paperwork for her. Luckily we remembered Saturday night so first thing Sunday morning Matt called and got it all taken care of. The church was packed due to the fact that there were 2 baby blessings on the same day. I love Em's dress it was the first dress that I have picked out that was "summeree", fluffy, frilly and perfect. Matt gave her a beautiful blessing that included getting an education, loving the lord and building her own testimony that she could withstand trials that will come, having a kind and loving heart that should be shared with others, and to one day go to the temple someday with a spouse that will love and take care of her. Holly wrote down I bless you with understanding and with love for others. I bless you with love for the Savior. You will have a drive to learn about Heavenly Father. You will have a love for education and will learn in all stages of your life. I bless you to be strong and firm in the church. You will find your own testimony and be firm in the gospel. I bless you to be strong in a world that doesn’t have the same standards and things happening around you. Have patience in all things. You have a large heart. I bless you to share the same love your mother has for everyone. Your smile will generate love to others. Your smile will bring love to others. You will serve in many capacities in the church. You will love missionary work. I bless you with the desire to study the scriptures. I bless you to go to the temple with a young man who will take care of you.
She was awake and kicked her feet through most of the blessing but other than that she was content to just look around. Afterwards we bundled her up and she quickly fell asleep. Church ended shortly after that and luckily she stayed asleep for most of the pictures and woke up just as we finished.
She even shared some smiles when posing with grandma
Love this sweet baby in her girly attire
Right after the sacrament Kimber and Ez had to head home so we quickly grabbed a pic before w they hit the road
The Norr/Harris side...Uncle Jay, Aunt Jeanette, and Linnie had to head home after the luncheon but they were there as well

The Brower Side
Today was a rare moment we really struggled getting a family picture. Hallie was so emotional and really just needed to go home for a nap. I tried to encourage her to smile but I don't know that it really worked but we did the best we could...its just life. And come good or bad Im so grateful these people are mine
And this is what happens when other people get a hold of your phone
We are so thankful to everyone that came to share our special day with us. It was a great day spent with some of our favorite people.
