The 1st Snow of the Season

This weekend for a couple days we got dumped on...and we were thrilled about it. I really wish if it was going to be cold it would snow. The girls were also thrilled so we suited up and headed out to shovel the driveway. Hallie really was a big help with her little shovel.

 The girls had a ball chasing each other around the yard, Gracie didn't last more than about 30 minutes and she wanted to go in since she was cold but Hallie would have played outside for hours. She has been asking since it started snowing when she gets to go skiing....we are planning on teaching her to ski this year.

 Here are some pictures of the snow we got...I hope its the beginning of a very wet winter besides the snow being fun we also really need the water!
