Disney Day 1

We got up Monday anxious to get ready and to the park. We got ready and all the girls picked their Minnie ears for the day. We grabbed a quick breakfast then off to the shuttle. I know some people don't like the shuttle and feel like its a pain but I think it seems faster than driving and trying to park only to then have to walk to the park.

When we got there the lines were longer than we had anticipated and hoped for but seemed to move pretty quickly. We used the opportunity to take some pictures and burp Liam since he drank a bottle on the way over

Once inside we visited City Hall to get the girls some various buttons and even snagged Liam a 1st visit button

The girls are always so excited to see characters and they were out that morning in particular
We swung by Pixie Hollow to see Tinkerbell

Then on some rides. We had to take separate teacups since the girls love to spin and I don't do so well with that. One of the times they only spun a little so we could all ride together.

We watched the app and followed the small/short lines. We decided to stop by and catch Mickey. The line ended up taking quite a while but they had a couple Mickey's greeting guests so that helped speed it up. Liam, while waiting in line, decided he was hungry so we ran to grab a bottle and then he was happy in his carrier.

Captain Hook was outside in the beautiful sunshine and although he is villain we got his signature and he was nice

Peter Pan

Elana of Avalor
Gaston

Jasmine and Aladdin

I spent a lot of time going back and forth between the park and the infant care center where I was able to pump and get Liam a bottle. I had decided a head of time that nursing would take me away from the vacation to much so I decided to just pump and feed hi while at the park. It was hard and time consuming but it was the first day and I think we'll get down a better routine

The Winnie the Pooh ride was a good one for the whole family
The parade was a hit and had such fun music and lights
The girls had a much better experience on the bigger rides this time around. No ghosts or other scary creatures larking.
While daddy rode big rides Emy, Liam, and I rode some of the smaller kids rides nearby. We had a good time riding the train. We rode in the princess carriage.
We opened and closed the park. The weather was quite enjoyable. Cool in the morning and evenings but warmed up quickly. The lines were more than we were expecting but could have been so much worse. By using the app we were able to jump around and avoid most of them. We also knew certain rides we didn't care to wait in line for this time around. Here's to our first day at Disney...were exhausted
