While out shopping this week I found a great deal on strawberries so I bought 2 flats and decided to make jam. The girls were out of school on Friday so it was the perfect opportunity and it gave us something to do together. Hallie & Gracie did a great job cleaning and cutting all the stems off...as well as taste testing to make sure they had good flavor.
Emy did all the blending before we added the sugar and pectin
Liam, of coarse, couldn't be left out so I held him while we did all of it which was interesting. My arms are getting stronger and Im getting better at multi tasking with one arm
The jam turned out great and now we are stocked for awhile. The girls will definitely be enjoying their pj & j sandwiches
