With only 1 bottle of peaches left I knew I was going to have to make time to bottle some peaches. Nic decided she wanted to do some as well so that made our timeline even more tricky with her going to lake powell for a week and then us leaving for disneyland the following week. Luckily we were able to figure it out. We did 2 bushels and ended up with 44 quarts and 2 pints of jam, It took most of the day but really it was only about 6 hours. I like having an excuse for Nic and I to hang out and visit.
